PSICODELIX does not sell medications or prescribe medical treatments . We work with digital protocols, AI-assisted monitoring (AI DELIX) , and, when contracted, human support.

  • According to Law 11.343/2006 and Ordinance SVS/MS No. 344/1998 (ANVISA) , the substances psilocybin and psilocin are prohibited. However, the mushroom itself is not on the official ANVISA list, which leads to diverse legal interpretations.
  • In April 2025, the 1st Criminal Chamber of the TJ-MS (Court of Justice of Mato Grosso do Sul) recognized this point and acquitted a grower of Psilocybe cubensis , reinforcing the need for a strict interpretation of the law.
  • Therefore, we reiterate that any ethnobotanical sample eventually mentioned is treated exclusively as an object of individual, educational, and cultural research , and its use is the sole responsibility of the participant.
